Holding a rod in hands, and staring at the shiny water surface, an old man is enjoying his time in the rising sun.
Isn’t this a kind of perfect time for a fishing lovers?
SaikoThis is a lake Saiko, one of famous Fuji five lakes located around Mt. Fuji. After Mt. Fuji has been registered as a UNESCO world heritage site, more and more people come to see not only Mt. Fuji, but surrounding areas like this lake Saiko. So, in near future, this old man may not be able to enjoy his own quiet time.
The lake is beautiful. It makes me sad to think of it flooded with tourists someday…..although I may very well be one of those tourists!
